East Jakarta Receives Land Transfers for Fasos-Fasum

East Jakarta Administration, received land transfers for social facilities and public facilities (Fasos-Fasum) that is the obligation of four private companies. The value of these companies reached Rp 401 billion.

East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardana expressed, every company is obliged to give some of its land for the sake of fasos-fasum. Eventually related units in the ranks of Jakarta Provincial Government will manage the land.

"We greatly appreciate the companies that have done their duty," he stated, after the signing of Handover Dossier (BAST) of land from four companies in the office, Tuesday (4/17).

4 Markets will Be Integrated with Public Facilities

Those four companies are PT Modernland Realty TBK, PT Synthesis Karya Pratama, PT Grasera Utama, and PT Gading Orchard.

"By so, the number of companies that met their obligations to provide fasos-fasum becomes increasing," he uttered.
